-If the item arrives broken or damaged please contact me with a picture of the item. I will send you the same item if there's stock. In case there isn't any stock of that item, you have the options to choose between: a) Wait for new stock of the item and I will send it to you as soon as possible. b) Get a gift code with the value of the broken item or exchange it for another item of the same value from my store as long is in stock. c) Refund of money for the item. All parcels have a "fragile/handle with care" etiquette but I cannot promise that the shipping company would respect that, please take this in mind.
